Steven and I are enroute to Philadelphia... nice drive, with no schedule as to when we have to be there exactly... so yesterday we're driving along Wisconsin and make a fuel stop; when I look up and see... a PINK ELEPHANT! Immediately I thought of Beverly's Pink Saturday party over How Sweet the Sound and had to take it's picture!
My new friend in located on I-90/I-94, just West of Madison, County Rd V exit (mile marker 127), at a CITGO gas station.... if you're ever driving thru the area, you must definitely stop by to visit him!
...the owners, Terry and April, told me that our PINK friend had been there for over 50 years! He gets new glasses every few years, and a good scrubbing once a week to clean up any unpleasant graffiti... but here are some nice thoughts people wrote...
