What are YOU up to this Monday?
ME? Well, I've been trying to catch up on the Pink Saturday posts and while doing so discovered Smiling Sally's blog... I was delighted to hear about her Blue Monday blog party...
such a beautiful way to start the week!
Someone very near and dear to my heart is fond of bluebirds and blue jays, so it is quite apropo that I post about her today.
... Miss Anita Brown and Mister Swinton Scott... Senior Prom 1952
Look at the details of her dress... they just don't make them that sweet anymore.
Miss Anita sure loved this rosette I made for her to wear to the 7th Annual Scott Family Tea Party, held October 2nd.
Enjoy your week...
Great photos - I love your blue rosette. They look so sweet. Happy Blue Monday.

What a handsome couple! And I do love her dress and also the pretty rosette you made for her.
I'm glad you joined us for Blue Monday, and I see that you have joined Pink Saturday, too. I've been on hiatus for over a month, but I love both of these memes! Welcome!
XO,
Sheila :-)

Anita is my kinda gal! I wore a prom dress much like this one in 1956 when I was 15.
Happy 1st Blue Monday, Mercedes.
