Oh me, oh my, every single detail is absolutely gorgeous. Sigh...I too wish I would have lived during the time when such beautiful things were worn. I also understand about the passing of time speeding up as we grow older. Can someone please stop the clock?
That Marie Antoinette group is unreal. I've seen it before at Marti's page and I won't dare sign up for it. The talent is amazing.
Thank you for sharing, Mercedes. Hope you visit my new page. I guess In Stillness and Simplicity was not simple enough. ;) I needed something more lighthearted.
Anywho, looking forward to staying in touch...and crossing my fingers that I get you as a tag swap partner again. ;)
Much love,

Oh the gloves are beautiful! I too wish I had grown up during the era when women dressed up from head to toe. The button broach is stunning!

What creative exchange and super special to keep!

Hi Mercedes, the gloves are fabulous! What a fun swap. Also, I really love the brooch you recieved. I wish I had joined that swap also! Have a great rest of your weekend. ~Marti

You will find as you get older, a lot more things will change.

Me too just missed the hats and gloves era. But I do still enjoy wearing them now sometimes with dressy dinner suits. Happy Pink thoughts!
